ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received and accepted your order. Please note that if there has been a mistake in pricing or delivery costs that would have been obvious to the customer, we reserve the right to request additional payment for the correct amount or cancel the order.
TARPAULIN SHEETS
All product sizes are nominal sizes. Our tarpaulins are cut sizes so expect the finished size of each tarpaulin to be approximately 20-30cms or 2% smaller than that specified. Colours of the products shown, packaging and product specification are liable to change and we cannot always guarantee continuity in supply of any item.
DELIVERY
We aim to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible, normally within 48 hour from shipped notice. Orders received before 3pm will be packaged ready for collection by our delivery company on the same working day. Orders received after 3pm will be collected by our delivery company on the following working day. Customers will normally receive their order two working days after collection form ourselves but this may, in exceptional circumstances, take up to 3 working days. We will send you an email when your order has left our premises. Please bear these timescales in mind before contacting us about non-delivery.
Please note "2-3 days" "next day" "48 hour" "24hour" or "next working day" does not include Saturday Sunday or Bank holidays.
If your item is not in stock for a web order, we will email you before deciding how to proceed.

PAYMENT
Our order and payment processes are fully secured using a 128-bit encryption payment gateway provided by SagePay (formerly Protx), who handle over 4 billion transactions for the UK market each year. Customers may pay by credit/debit card. If you wish to use an existing PayPal account we are also able to accept payment using this method, which is presented as an option during checkout.
How to Place an Order
Here are the steps you need to follow to place an online order :
- Find the Items You Want
- Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart using the Add to Cart button. To remove an item from your cart, tick the Remove box next to the item and click the Update button. To change quantities for an item, enter the revised number and click the Update button.
- Proceed to Checkout using the Checkout button.
- Sign In as a Returning Customer or a Create a New Account.
- Check the Shipping Address and change / create a new one if necessary.
- Choose a Shipping Method.
- Choose a Payment Method.
- Review and Submit Your Order - you must tick the box indicating that you agree to our Terms & Conditions.
- Make your payment using your chosen method with our secure payment partner, SagePay
- Check Your Order Status in your Account
Right to Cancel
Under the distance selling regulations, if you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund of the original goods purchased. Your cancellation rights expire 7 days after receipt of the goods. The distance selling regulations (www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm) provide further information regarding your cancellation rights. Deemed delivery date will be 2 working days from date of posting. Notice of cancellation must be given in writing or via email using the contact information on this website.
Goods returned due to cancellation must be complete with any original packaging and be in a re-saleable condition, i.e. not damaged, stained or used. The customer will bear the cost of returning the goods to UKTarps. We will issue a full refund for the original goods purchased.
Returns and Refunds Policy
- Item damaged in transit - If an item delivered has been damaged in transit you can return it within 7 days of receipt for replacement or a full refund including postage. You must notify us immediately of any damage in order that we can pursue this with the carrier.
- Item incorrect - If we send you an incorrect item immediately send the item back to us and we will either replace it or refund to your credit / debit card, including postage.
